Arrange a free no-obligation consultation. We discuss your project and gather basic information required to ascertain the correct certification for your equipment. This could be for an ongoing project you are working on or to support a bid. Examples of documents include: technical descriptions, drawings, datasheets and tariff / HS codes.

Evaluate

On receipt of the information, our specialists evaluate the certification requirements in accordance with the current EAEU regulations. After taking into account aspects such as the type of equipment, location and factors such as Ex rating, we produce a written quotation. The quotation includes the services offered, supply conditions and anticipated lead times.

Award

On contract award we appoint a dedicated project manager from our St Petersburg office. This person will be the single point of contact throughout the certification process and will also accompany visiting Russian experts should test witnessing be required. The project manager will request the detailed documentation required to support your application and begin to process the information.

Documentation

Our project managers collate information and documents required for the certification. This includes: Manufacturer’s name, address and geographic coordinates (GLN code), product description, tariff codes, tag and serial numbers and contract details.

We then prepare draft certificates to be approved by the client or end customer. Throughout the process the project manager will stay in touch to provide updates or request additional information if queries arise. Our specialists liaise with multiple agencies on your behalf to carry out the certification process.

Application

Once all the documents are received, the completed applications are checked by the project manager and a formal application is registered with the certifying body. Any required inspection of the manufacturers facility or equipment is then carried out.

Issue

After receiving the approved application, all necessary documents and test/inspection reports where required, the Declarations / Certificates are issued by the manufacturer’s local representative and certification bodies. The process is now complete and the equipment can be imported into the EAEU and operated.
